Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond Hill/Savannah

After hurricane Helene we've been without power for 3 days and are estimated to be out for 2-3 more. Originally only booked one room for 4 people (including my almost 88 year old papa). The lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) was able to get us a 2nd room on the 1st floor connected to the one we already booked. And it's a handicap room so my papa can take a shower easier. Not the best place cosmetically speaking, but the AC works and the staff are great!!!!

Have stayed here 3 times now. Had an issue first night, but the staff very professional solved it the next day. Will stay here again. The pool is very clean the restaurant next door great. Go and enjoy

Look I don’t know what yall are talking about, I read the reviews and took my chances, I stayed two nights and nothing, the room was clean, beds and sheets were clean, smelled nice, no roaches at all, I honestly think I had the advantage because I had a 2 bed top room, no roaches, no bed bugs, no nothing, besides two guys drinking that were friendly, nothing at all, and most of you really can’t complain, I mean you chose a 3 star hotel, what did you expect? A nice tour and a butler? I would stay here again, had enough towels, toilet paper, soap, it looked like they just serviced the room and I got there at 11:13 at night! You guys complain too damn much

Fast checking, they let me check in a bit early, (granted I was here mid week) office is nice, staff was nice. Pool was nice. Room was nice. Key card worked the whole time I was here. Big TV, AC was cold, room smelled normal, shower was hot, Guests were nice. Mostly workers, working in the area staying here. Dennys and gas station right next door. Outside of building could use a paint job and that’s about the only thing I have to mention. I’ll stay here again on my next visit to the area.

I was here from Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th of March. I was in a King's room, the room was clean, I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, and everything worked fine. The only issue I had was whenever I left to go work from 7 am to 6 pm Wednesday through Friday when I returned the TV would be on, my trash wasn't taken out, I didn't receive any clean towels or wash rags. Other than that, the front fella was nice

This is really good property to stay with kids and pet for this price. Service is really great. Big property in 2 floors. All are in big, nice space. Very good and quick check in. Manager and the check in staffs are very kind and friendly. If you have any concern or issues, Please try to talk to the front desk or with Manager Komal Bhakta They accept your concern and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Good breakfast. Really amazing property for $50 per day even when busy Saturday, long weekend night. I would recommend this property to quick stay for people with more kids or having Pets. The only thing is that this is the old property. But the management is trying keep it as best as possible. Lot of rooms in both floors. Everything we need is available. Great Parking very close or front of the room. It is really very convenient if you have pets and to take out quick out walk in grass area. Altogether, this property is great and good for the price they offer

Kind staff. Good clean room. Nice big modern TV worked well with enough channels. Heating unit ok but little noisy. Disgusting balcony like I've never seen with trash & dirt- how could it even be possible? Internet ok until 11 pm then broken connection continuously. Super noisy tenants yelling & slamming doors so much it seemed they were trying to break in my door several times had to get up & peak out the window & make sure they were not like an old grandma. No respect. Luckily they quieted down bout 11/midnight.

For the price, the room was great. clean beds, comfortable shower pressure and width, and palm tree outside in the lawn by pool. The breakfast isnt bad either, i had bananas, muffins, coffee, yogurt, even after breakfast ended its service hours. The shower and tub were big, and the showerhead was wide.
